I last saw you at around this time two years back. And I will forever remember how you weeped to see me go.. I also remember wondering if it would be the last time I will see you, and if I only knew that it was, I would have hugged you tighter, longer and told you the things I have been wanting to tell you. Dad, why couldn’t you wait for me?
I was never the same since you left. I miss you...
The ice is getting thinner.. under me and you

There’s something like a line of gold thread running through a man’s words when he talks to his daughter, and gradually over the years it gets to be long enough for you to pick up in your hands and weave into a cloth that feels like love itself.

I miss you, Daddy.
Is this constant thirst to be somewhere else - somewhere better - ever end?
When will I be willing to settle? Will there ever be a time when I will?
God’s sweetest gift of love. Indeed!!
